3. Computing and Liberties

In application of the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the website was the subject of a declaration to the National Commission of Data Processing and Freedoms (www.cnil.fr) for processing client/prospect files NS-48.

It is the subject of Exemption No. 6 – Deliberation No. 2005-284 of 22 November 2005 deciding on the exemption from the declaration of websites disseminating or collecting personal data implemented by individuals in the context of an exclusively personal activity.

5. General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)

The https://www.champ-de-mars.com website complies with the GDPR regulations that came into force on 25 May 2018. We inform users of this site and our customers that the data is collected either to improve the user experience or to allow a follow-up of requests or the management of customer accounts. The Data Protection Offiers (DPO) is Legendre Hervé. In accordance with the GDPR, the data are collected for a maximum period of one year. The data are:

Navigation data: browser, operating system, media type, country or location, IP address

Processing data: surname, first name, e-mail, telephone, postal address, type of request and message.

Customer data: order, quote, maintenance tickets, connection date

As such, we inform you that your personal data has never been and will never be provided to third parties, nor used for marketing purposes.

All our databases are secure and backed up daily. Access to the site is via the https secure protocol with a latest-generation certificate. Your passwords are of course encrypted with being registered in our databases. You have access to all your data at any time and on request. This request must be submitted to the DPO at contact@champ-de-mars.com (N°DPO-91644_) and your data will be sent within a maximum of one month.

When you request the deletion of your account, all of your data is deleted, including your website data, databases and emails. We do not keep any copies.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise specified, the logos, graphics, trademarks and/or signs appearing on this site, including but not limited to, are registered trademarks and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The photographs used for the representation of the OG Tags are the work of Legendre Hervé and are free of rights for commercial and personal use with attribution.

7. Accessibility/ web standards

The Disability Act was adopted on 3 February 2005. In its Internet component, it requires online government sites to become “accessible to persons with disabilities”. The official decree was issued in May 2009 and requires the authorities to comply by 16 May 2012.

The XHTML code of the website complies with the XHTML Specification 1.0. It is tested using the W3C HTML validator. The programation code meets the AA level W3C standards.

These standards are essential for websites. They provide:

• Better compatibility between Internet browsers

• A reading of the programming code by the technical devices of persons with disabilities. An error in the code can lead to partial readability of the page by these software.
